Is Guts Over Fear really a LEAD single though, no video, NO airplay the song practically was used for advertisement of a movie and thats it.

I think GoF isn't Shady XV's first single. It's a song featured on that Denzel movie and the song happens to be on the album, but the promotion and everything didn't feel like a first single.
