Honestly, this is the best Royce has sounded in a long time. Him and Premo are always a good combination, so the fact that they're FINALLY doing an album together is great news.

Nobody really called it a classic haha. Premier doesn't make "bangers" that make you flip out when you first hear it. It goes both ways with his production. You can't just have a rapper mumble over a Premier beat and have it sound sick. It usually sets a certain vibe or tone that a good rapper can make great. The beats for NY State of Mind and Gave You Power wouldn't sound crazy on their own, but they set an amazing tone for the type of song he wanted to make and the finished product sounds incredible. So no, I wouldn't tell you it was a crazy beat if you played it for me alone.
