With you for the second part. It's hard for me bc I grew up on Eminem amongst other rappers, so I'm not actually sure what my "true voice" is. It's not like a conscious choice I make to sound like that. Granted, I don't talk like that in person, but as soon as I rap my voice reverts to that, and it's hard to make it sound different unless I'm impersonating another rapper. I'm working on it tho.
