Well I did just say SoHo, which is in Manhattan. Which also happens to be a Borough of New York City.

Check out the Jin Fong restaurant in chinatown if you're into dim sum, GOAT place.

Easily one of the few best areas to live in Manhattan if you're used to fast cities & crowds. Totally safe & great position-wise as well. It takes 5-10 mins walking to whatever nice place in Downtown & like 15-20 mins walking to whatever nice place in Midtown.
