I dont hate J Cole. But I dont really think theirs anything special about him. Cole World sucked. And Born Sinncer was like a 5.5/10. So Yeah i guess i dont like him lol.

I get Kendrick by people who are quick to make opinions. After a few listens I can tell the difference. He just used 2 similar beats. Probs on purpose.

quick opinions? from critics to hip hop fans, everybody is seeing the biting. it is more than sampling a beat. if you don't see it then you simply didn't listen to the artists he was biting.

You gonna tell me you don't see him using the same lyrics & voice as J Cole (with the same diction & words?) or how he gonna use similar beats as kdot (same drums and patterns) and rap over them with the same transition between different rhythmic levels (flow) that kendrick been using on other songs and then use Kendrick's song to structure the second half of his album exactly like sing about me? Funny thing is that album was also about gang life in gaithersburg, maryland
and the rest of the album is still heavily influenced by Drake, Kendrick, J Cole and Kid Cudi. At this point I'm pretty sure he wasn't just sampling Pursuit of Happiness by Cudi. You can't be payin homage to these guys yet..they ain't been out long enough. That's either biting or stanning

btw, logic himself said his album was very kendrick & j cole ish and his only justification was that Drake was doing the same thing with the migos so he thought it would be ok for him to imitate his peers
