I can do a PAL. Will be avi and it will compressed, around 20-30 megabytes.

But i dont have a verse so imma just gon do stupid things like throwing up signs and shit.

It we be all 1 avi, but you can use it many times cuz i will be doing sumthin different in it all the time.

As much as I love the talent here, the video will only work if done properly. Otherwise Asp is right and it's gonna make a joke of us .. it's the way things are, but if done properly then it could be great. I would say don't be corny with it, don't get on the bus to your local sewer, put on a hoody and over do it ... keep it real, keep it simple and be creative. I'd love to see it happen ... the TRshady family pushing the boundries .. a great thing to see.

... I'm getting back in the gym tomorrow, been far too long .. when I get into shape, I'll send in footage of me clenching my butt cheeks ... or maybe not.
